Throughout the resort, a wide range of community facilities, including a private clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness area and spas will be available to owners and guests. In addition, the beach connects the estate to the azure waters of the Indian Ocean, providing 150m of carefully maintained beachfront. Boat parking is available, providing a secure, practical and managed facility to ensure that whilst in residence owners can take full advantage of the open water and access the wide range of sporting pursuits available.

At the heart of the resort, owners will find a park, thoughtfully designed by internationally acclaimed landscape architect Colin Okashimo. Landscaped with indigenous trees, plants and water features, it provides a beautiful and soothing space in which to relax, play and admire nature at work.

Even though there is everything you could wish for within the resort, there is no sense of restriction from the sights and sounds of Mauritius waiting to be discovered, including the boutiques and dining experiences available in Port Louis and nearby Grand Baie.

Complementing the extensive facilities within the estate, Royal Park has created other destinations outside of its grounds for the benefit of owners, including a beach club in nearby Mont Choisy and a private lodge situated within a 500 acres nature reserve in Salazie.
